About our collections

Tribe Towel has two limited edition collections per year. These usually fall in Spring and Autumn.

Our collections are not repeated meaning once they are sold out, they are gone, making each design truly unique.

About our towels

Our towels are made from premium 100% Turkish cotton.  Our towels are made using a colour dipped
cotton approach meaning intense softness and absorbency.

Designed in Australia, our towels are crafted in Turkey using the finest Turkish cotton and premium European techniques that are steeped in tradition.

How to care for your towels

Our towels are machine washable and can be popped in the dryer. We recommend washing on cold wash.

It is important to not use fabric softener with your towels.  Fabric softener coats the fibres and can affect the softness and absorbency of your towel.

If you line dry, we recommend you do so in the shade to ensure the colourful integrity of our designs.

Refunds and exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns for change of mind or clearance items.  

We do not offer refunds on items that our courier service can evidence have been “delivered”. If however, you have experienced a delivery issues, please contact us in the first instance and we will work with you and the Courier service to resolve.

We do not offer refunds for products damaged as a result of
our care guide not being followed.

We do our absolute best to colour match our towels however there will be some colour variances between what you see on screen (hex colours) vs what you see on our towels (pms colours).  

Colour spectrums vary across devices so we ask you to seek further clarification on a colour if you need. Our friendly team is always on hand to help!

We take great pride in the quality of our towels and products so in the very rare instance where your product has a fault, please contact us to discuss the issue. 

We will ask you to send clear photos of the problem along with a description of the fault.  If we deem the product faulty, we will arrange for your products to be returned to us free of charge and we will send you a replacement at no cost.

Our towel loving team are pretty good at packing orders but as your order is picked and processed by real humans, sometimes mistakes can occur.  If you have received the wrong item, please send us an email and we will swap the products for you at no cost.
